The company was established on August 28, 2018 with a total investment of 50 million yuan. The company's production equipment and technology are all provided by the South Korea. The production site is located in Jinqiao Industrial Park of Yuyang Office in Dangyang City, covering an area of 24 mu, with production plant, office area and living area.
At this stage, the company has one chairman, including the production technology department, the finance department, the supply and marketing department, the comprehensive office, etc., and the company has 32 employees.
The company put into production line 3 in 2019, the annual production of 30 tons of smoke explosive beads, to achieve sales revenue of 14 million yuan. In 2020, it will produce 90 tons of explosive bead series products and realize sales revenue of 79 million yuan. It is expected to increase investment in 2021, increase the number of explosive bead production lines to 12-15 production lines, produce 150 tons of explosive bead series products, and the expected sales revenue will reach 0.153 billion billion yuan.
At this stage, the company produces explosive bead series only for export, after increasing production capacity in 2021, part of it will be used for domestic sales, which is expected to account for 40% of total sales and 60% of total sales for export sales. Three years later, the profit and tax will reach 100 million yuan, providing 300 jobs. The income of employees will increase with the growth of the enterprise's benefits.
The company strives to put into production within one year to see benefits, double the output value within two years, and exceed 100 million in three years.
