1. Holiday time: The holiday will start on February 1 (the 20th day of the twelfth lunar month).
2. Carefully carry out safety inspection work. Conduct a major safety inspection focusing on fire prevention and theft prevention in the offices, canteens, and workshops of each department, ensuring the safety of key areas such as warehouses and electrical and water equipment. Each department should carefully clean up documents and materials, keep important documents safe, and store valuable items in secure places to prevent theft. The finance department must ensure the safety and stability of important facilities such as safes, ensure that doors and windows are closed and locked, and have the department head implement these measures.
3. The holiday period is a time when accidents are more likely to occur. During the holiday, all employees should pay attention to personal safety and the safety of their belongings; currently, it is a critical period for epidemic prevention and control, with overseas outbreaks still spreading and localized outbreaks occurring in many places domestically. Please take precautions when going out, avoid leaving Dangyang unless necessary, and travel to medium and high-risk areas is strictly prohibited. If it is necessary to leave Dangyang, please report to the office in advance.
